I guess I really had not noticed a huge difference at first. But what happened was sort of slow and systematic rather than immediate. I noticed that my fingernails were actually growing and are actually hard and not brittle anymore. They have been brittle and broke easily as well as thin and flexible. I would imagine that this would also translate to my joints feeling better and muscle recovery improvement!
