Each serving combines 800 mg of female organ tissues, 100 mg of spleen and 100 mg of effera® human lactoferrin. Spleen supplies naturally occurring heme iron; lactoferrin is an iron-binding protein made through precision fermentation. What is included in the Vital Woman System?
Human Potential, Vital Woman and Fine Tune. The 30-day subscription includes one refill pouch of each formula; the 90-day subscription includes three refill pouches of each formula. Your first shipment also includes three matching reusable canisters.
How does billing work?
The 30-day plan is $157 today and every 30 days. The 90-day plan is $441 today and every 90 days ($147 per month equivalent, not monthly billing). Shipping, taxes and discounts are confirmed at checkout.
Will the free canisters arrive with every shipment?
No. The three canisters are separate, one-time gifts with your initial subscription shipment only, including the 90-day plan. Renewals contain refill pouches, not more canisters.
How should I use the three formulas?

Is this the same as buying Vital Woman alone?
No. Vital Woman is the female-focused formula. The system also includes Human Potential’s five-organ foundation and Fine Tune’s minerals and electrolytes. Each formula keeps its own ingredient list and serving directions.
